MadBid Loyalty Programme
Programme Overview
MadBid customers who have purchased credits worth €14.99 and above are automatically enrolled into the MadBid Loyalty Programme. Under this programme, MadBid users will enjoy a wide range of privileges that non-members will not have access to.
Loyalty Levels and Benefits
There are 4 loyalty levels that programme members will fall into, starting with Classic, Silver, Gold and finally the Diamond level. As you climb up the ladder, you will get access to more benefits, and to more exclusive offers & rewards.

Collect Loyalty Points (see Collection & Redemption of points for details.)
Rush Order of products. Diamond members can opt to rush-order up to 2 products every 30 days, while Gold members can opt to rush-order 1 product every 30 days. Please note that 5 loyalty points will be deducted for each rush-order placed.
Guaranteed response time. 1 working day for Diamond users.
Guaranteed response time. 2 working days for Gold and Silver.
Guaranteed response time. 3 working days for Classic users.
Collection and Redemption of Loyalty Points
Members can collect loyalty points with each and every purchase of credits that they make. The conversion of money spent into loyalty points will depend on the level of the user, and is depicted in the table below -
€1 = 1.5 loyalty points
€1 = 1.25 loyalty points
€1 = 1 loyalty point
€1 = 1 loyalty point
Points can be exchanged in lieu of purchase of credits and towards payment of auctions won. Points will be exchanged at 100 points = €1 (Just so you know, Sainsbury's exchanges 200 points for €1!). You will be able to exchange your credits towards payment of bid packages or auctions won once a month.
